Our company holds trademark rights with the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) for the brand names “Göttliche Gravitation” and “Divine Gravitation.” The registered trademarks are currently valid until 2035.
The Scientific Institute for Divine Gravitation is primarily engaged in research and science in the field of supernatural Divine Gravitation and supernatural Ultra-Divine Love Energy on the material and non-material levels. The existence and functions of Divine Gravitation were first published on January 10, 2019, in the non-fiction book “The Love of Our Soul” and explained and described in a simple form. A separate subchapter described that this type of visible and measurable Divine Energys requires scientific research. The first irrefutable scientific evidence and proof of the existence of Divine Gravitation was submitted on April 14, 2017, and described in detail in the german novel “Die Gravitation der Liebe” (The Gravitation of Love), based on a true story. On December 21, 2021, Divine Gravitation was explained in a scientific non-fiction book. The non-fiction book “The Love of Our Soul” was completely revised and expanded, and published in the “Scientific Non-fiction” section. Since 2017, there has been over 30,000 pieces of evidence and proof of the existence and functions of Divine Gravitation. The upcoming scientific non-fiction book “Divine Gravitation” describes supernatural Divine Gravitation with all its functions and possibilities.

Consequences of unauthorized use:
If a protected word mark (registered with the DPMA) is used without authorization for similar goods or services, there are considerable risks:
Warning letter: The trademark owner will issue a warning letter, demand that you submit a cease-and-desist declaration with penalty clause, and claim attorney’s fees.
Cessation: You must immediately cease use of the trademark.
Damages: Claims for damages may be asserted.
Destruction: Goods bearing the trademark (word mark) may be destroyed.
Criminal law: Intentional trademark infringements (commercial product piracy) may result in fines or even imprisonment.
